This study will be helpful in making a brief assessment of the constitutional rights of women worker. Through this study, the situation of social, economic and political empowerment of women worker is discussed from the point of view of labor reform. This study analyzed the present legal aspect of women workers and provisions to available for their social, legal, economic protection.
