Abstract
The research paper will focus on the diasporic experiences and memories of people which are often excluded by the mainstream. It will define how people have to survive while facing the crisis of their identities and their complicated journey which show them their final destination. The paper will focus on the homelessness of refugees and their nostalgic experiences, migrated young girls and boys in search of belongingness. This paper will reflect on individualistic and collective experiences of people in exile. My study will be based on three Hindi and Punjabi movies. These movies are Punjab 1984, Jatt and Juliet and Khamosh Pani.
