The purpose of this writing is to discuss the women’s reproductive rights as human rights by laying stress on Indian and International laws and practices. By this paper I would like to put light on how reproductive rights and right to health are interrelated and how they are essential part of human rights. I will be laying stress on Laxmi Mandal v.
